Admissions Policy
Any child under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
An adult is deemed to a person over the age of 16 years old.
A ratio of no more than 2 children (0 - 7 years old) to 1 adult must be adhered to at all times.
Where the children are 0 - 4 years old a ratio of no more than 2 children to 1 adult is only permissible during parent and toddler and public swimming sessions where the adult and 2 children all remain in the shallow roped off area of the learner pool.
A ratio of 1:1 must be adhered to if children are 0 - 4 years old and the parent and child do not wish to remain in the shallow roped off area of the learner pool.

If you require extra help please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help you during your visit.
Family changing areas
We provide family friendly changing facilities. We have a unisex changing village with individual cubicles and larger cubicles with a baby's changing tables for young families.
Over 50's Swimming
If you're aged 50 or over why not come along to Over 50's Swimming, it's on most week days. A section of the pool is cordoned off especially for you. It's a relaxed and friendly environment with many great and long lasting friendships made. Click here for the latest pool programme.
Aqua Fun
Special fun session for you and your children to enjoy. The pool is full of special floats and balls to make the session fun packed, it runs every weekend. Subject to availability. Click here for the latest pool programme.
Parent and Child
You and your child can enjoy special sessions in the pool most week days, with a part of the pool sectioned off wirth floats and swimming toys. You and your child will have a splashing time! Subject to availability. Click here for the latest pool programme.
Adult Relax and Swim
Gentle elaxing swimming make these evening sessions a perfect way to unwind after a hard day. Click here for the latest pool programme.
Adult Lessons
Whether you are a beginner or want to brush up on technique we are able to help. We hold group beginners and improvers lessons. Private lessons can also be arranged by contacting reception on 01462 611575.
Special Needs (open session)
These sessions run on a Saturday between 16.00 and 17.00. The sessions are for people with special needs and their carers. If you would like more information please contact reception on 01462 611575
Creche
While you are swimming at Flitwick Leisure Centre you can leave your children in our safe and caring creche. Experienced and qualified staff provide quality care and fun activities for babies and children up to their 5th birthday. Ofsted registered.
